I wanted to thank Phoenix Catering Equipment for their help and excellent service this week. For around 2 weeks I'd been on the lookout for some stainless kitchen workbenchs and sink, but the whole stainless furniture industry seemed, as an outsider, to be saturated with online resellers and several unscrupulous FB marketplace sellers. My wife and I decided to take a drive to Sheffield and visit the showroom as per Phoenix's website. The trip did not disappoint. Charlotte at the showroom was super helpful and guided us through the numerous second hand and brand new options, and even had us thinking about other purchases we'd not considered. Pricing was competitive and delivery (to Goole area, DN14) was prompt. Matt delivered out items and was once again very helpful. I've since placed another order off the back of a conversation with Matt. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and how they operate. One happy customer, please keep up the good work.

We recently bought all of our equipment for our new cafe, all of the equipment is great quality. A few places around us got scammed online with kitchen equipment so we wanted to be sure and just turned up here one day and it was no issues at all, they had good amount of stock there to look and anything else they ordered in for us. When we went in we were a little unsure exactly what we wanted but they talked through it all with us and explained the differences in models and discussed what would work best for us. They were super helpful. Our fridge temp didn’t seem to get right (our fault) and they had someone come out as soon as possible and they have sorted it out. Really responsive and helpful. Couldn’t recommend more, if we need any new bits in the future we would choose these guys again.
